Buying

1. Can I pay with my debit or credit card if I don't have a paypal account?
Sure, if you do not have paypal account you can pay with your debit or credit card same way as in any other online store. Simply during the check out click on "Pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest" which is located under "Don't have a PayPal account" button. Then, fill out your debit or credit card information and pay. This is fast way to purchase our product if you do not have paypal account and do not want to open one.
IMPORTANT: Your shipping address must match you billing address on debit or credit card!

2. Can I buy using check or money order?
Yes. You can purchase our products by paying with check, money order or cash(if purchased in person).
To purchase using check or money order, you must complete these steps:
1. Contact us and request total amount or invoice
2. Make check payable to UAWIFI
3. Must included with check, printed on paper (no hand writing): Your full name, address, email address and phone number.
4. Send check to: UAWIFI, 676 W. Wilson Ave. Ste C, Glendale, CA 91203
REMEMBER: All checks and money orders require 7 business days for clearance. All orders paid by check or money order will be shipped out within 24 hours of check clearance.

3. I am outside of the USA, can I buy?
Yes. Just make sure you have CONFIRMED paypal shipping address if paying with your paypal account.
If paying with debit or credit card without paypal account(as described in question 1), make sure the shipping address and billing address of the card are the same.

4. How much does the shipping cost?
International and domestic shipping cost is only 11$, regardless of quantity. In other words if you buy more than one adapter, we will not charge you an extra for shipping. This is one way to give our customers little discount when buying more than one piece.

5. Do you ship to Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
Yes. We ship  to all types of Military addresses.

6. How much time does shipping take?
USA is 3-7 business days, International 7-20 business days. We ship all our products using USPS Priority Mail® shipping method.

7. Does UAWIFI chage sales tax on purchases?
No. We do not charge our customers any taxes on purchases, even if purchased by Californian resident. We will pay all taxes for you.

8. The shipping fees are displayed incorrectly during check out?
We have fixed shipping fee for UAWIFI UA3 wifi adapter at $11 regardless of quantity. In other words, if you buy 1(one) adapter, the shipping will be $11, and if you buy 5(five) adapters the shipping is still will be the same $11.
If you are buying USB extension cable, the shipping is FREE only if you buy it with adapter. If you buy only USB cable without adapter, the shipping for it will be 5$.
If for some reason calculation during  check out was incorrect, let's say for example you bought UA3 wifi adapter and added later USB cable and you were charged $5 for cable shipping, please contact us and we will refund the $5.


Troubleshooting

1. I can't install drivers?
If you can't install drivers please try uninstalling all Realtek® wifi drivers previously installed on your computer. Don't forget to restart computer after uninstallation.
Usually old Realtek® drivers conflict with the new versions and would not allow them to be installed.

2. I installed drivers but my computer doesn't recognize or detect the adapter?
1. Try turning off all other wifi adapters installed on your computer. Most laptops have internal wifi card, disable it before connecting UAWIFI UA3 wifi adapter to your computer. If problem still exist, unplug the adapter, restart computer and connect the adapter again. If the second option doesn't help, make sure your USB plug is working properly, you can test it by connecting any other USB accessory to it and see if its recognizing it.

3. I can't get adapter to connect to unsecured wifi signal?
Make sure that the signal is not encrypted(secured with password). Make sure you are getting strong and stable signal. In some cases there are dead spots near wall or other electronic objects, try to change location of adapter.

4. I can't get adapter to connect to secured wifi signal?
If you are using Realtek® software to connect to secured wifi signal and have no luck, try to use your computer's original connection manager. Make sure the password inputted correctly. Passwords are case sensitive, check you "Caps Lock" status.

5. Weak or no signal?
If you have weak or no signal, change the location of the adapter, the best would be mounting it somewhere high and if possible, outside. Make sure there are no objects near it which can weaken or disrupt the signal. Other electronic or radio devices might also interfere with signal so try to not have UA3 adapter mounted or located near them as well.

6. Why adapter is not working when I use it with extension USB cable(s)?
In some rare cases, mostly in old computers, the USB plug does not produce enough power to sufficiently support the length more than 10 feet. In this case you will need an active USB extension cable.


Mounting

1. How and where mount UAWIFI UA3 adapter?
For the best results and in order to get as much wifi signals as possible, mount UAWIFI adapter horizontally outside and as high as you can. The best place would be the roof of your house or your vehicle (in case you intend to use it in your car). If 10 feet USB cable is not enough, you can always buy an extension cable from our online store. Remember, you can attach no more than two non-active 10 feet USB extension cables, for total length of 30 feet. If adapter is used outside (as we suggest) don't forget to seal the USB cable connectors.

1. Is UAWIFI UA3 adapter made for vehicles only?
No. UAWIFI UA3 is multi-purpose adapter. It can be used anywhere you want. You can use it in your house, car, truck, RV or boat, it is absolutely up to you, where you want to use it.


Our Return Policy

Purchases can be returned for refund within 14 days from date of receipt. Refunds or credits do not include original shipping and handling charges. All items must be returned with an RMA number listed on the shipping box. To receive an RMA, please email or call us. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt(can be printed out from paypal's website) and must be in the original, undamaged packaging. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 14 days (not including shipping time).

If you believe a product you have purchased to be defective and the product is still within the 14-day return period, you may return the item to UAWIFI at your expense (UAWIFI will not issue a call tag or RTS label). If the item is returned to UAWIFI and found to be defective or not functioning to specification, UAWIFI will issue a refund for the cost of the return shipping as long a receipt for the charge is provided (refunds for shipping charges will not be issued if a valid receipt is not available). Refunds for return shipping will only be issued for standard Ground or USPS Flat Rate Envelope shipping methods. If the item is returned using an Air or Express shipping option, we will only refund the cost of Ground or USPS Flat Rate Envelope shipping from your location, which UAWIFI will calculate at its discretion. Refunds for return shipping are generally issued within 3 to 5 business days from receipt of return and will be issued back using the original order payment method, unless requested otherwise.  UAWIFI will, upon receipt and inspection, repair or replace the defective product and will ship the item back to you at no charge.

An open box fee up to 15% of the purchase price can be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. The 15% open box fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange and will be determined by the condition of the merchandise. If the merchandise is not in new or "like-new" condition, UAWIFI will not issue a refund and the merchandise will be returned to you at your expense.
We will not accept the return of any item if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging or the packaging is damaged or missing.
If you do not have the original box or it is damaged, please contact us regarding return of the product.

Refunds on cash or check purchases in excess of will be issued by check from UAWIFI within 7 business days of the return date.
